Meadowland to host 2026 Kids Safety Day on July 15!
Join us for the 2026 Kids Safety Day on Wednesday, July 15 from 4:00-7:00pm in front of the Meadowland Main Office located at 101 1st Ave. E. Lamberton, MN. This family-friendly event is packed with hands-on demos, cool equipment, and great safety tips every kid (and parent!) should know. Plus it’s completely free to attend!
Activities/safety stations include:
- 🌽 Grain Bin Engulfment Simulator – Featuring Jack Volz, owner of SASCS
- 🚒 Fire Safety – Lamberton Fire Department
- 🚑 First Aid – Local First Responders
- 🦮 K9 Unit – Redwood County Sheriff
- ⚠️ ATV Safety – U of M Extension Office
- 🧪 Chemical Safety – Central Farm Service
- 🐴 Horse & Buggy Rides – RRC FFA (Free will donation to FFA Chapter)
The RRC FFA Chapter will be serving hot dogs, chips, cookies and water, with all proceeds going to support their FFA Chapter. 🌭🍪
